Monday 8:30-9:30AM  Cycling – 1 hour of low impact, high intensity cardio vascular exercise. Each week you will experience a new “terrain” with fun new music to keep you motivated and working to your best potential. Class limited to 7 ( for now)

Tuesday 9:00-9:30AM Cardio  intervals. 30 minutes of cardio intervals on your choice of equipment. Treadmill, elliptical, bike, or rower! All classes will be designed to fit your endurance level. Class limited to 5

Wednesday – 10:30-11:30AM – Strong, Stronger, Strongest. –  Define your entire body with an hour of curls, squats, lunging and more! This class is an endurance and strength workout that incorporates a variety of exercises using different equipment each week.  Class limit 9
