Ingredients:
  • Vanilla CYTO Whey 1 serving (Sold here at CNE!)
  • Ice 1 cup
  • Pears 2 medium fruit
  • Lemon (with rind) 1/2 fruit
  • Cabbage (red) 4 leaf
Instructions:

Process all ingredients in a juicer


Pour into blender with ice and protein powder.


Blend until smooth.
