  • Cayenne Pepper 1 pinch ((spice - 0.11g))
  • Lemon 1/2 fruit ((2-1/8" - 29g))
  • Mango 1 fruit ((peeled - 336g))
  • Orange 1 large ((peeled 3-1/16 dia - 184g))
  • Vanilla CYTO Whey 1 serving ((Sold here at CNE))

Instructions:

Process all ingredients into a juicer


Add to blender with ice and protein powder


Blend until smooth
