  • Ice 1 cup
  • Vanilla CYTO Whey 1 serving (Sold here at CNE!)
  • Spinach 2 cups (60g)
  • Lemon 1 fruit (58g)
  • Kale 4 leaf (140g)
  • Cucumber 1 unit (8-1/4" (301g))
  • Granny Smith Apples 2 medium (3" dia (364g))
Instructions:

Process all ingredients in a juicer


Pour into blender with ice and protein powder


Blend until smooth
