  • Ginger Root 1 thumb ((1" diameter - 24g))
  • Kale 6 leaf ((8-12" - 210g))
  • Lemon 1/2 fruit ((2-3/8" diameter - 42g))

Instructions:

Process all ingredients in a juicer


Pour into blender with ice and protein powder


Blend until smooth.
