  • Quick Oats 1/4 cup
  • Vanilla Greek Yogurt 1 cup
  • Vanilla extract 1/2 tsp
  • Chia Seed 1 tsp
  • Almond butter 1 Tbsp
  • Vanilla Almond Milk 1/2 cup (unsweetened)
  • Ice 1 cup
Instructions:

Add ingredients in blender


Add ice and protein powder


Blend until smooth
