Kevin Schoeninger, M.A.Kevin specializes in mind-body training, stress management, and the care of neck and back pain.  He has been a trainer for over 30 years and emphasizes four components of holistic fitness: aerobic, strength, flexibility, and mind-body training.  A typical session begins with a cardio warm-up, followed by full-body strength training, assisted stretching, and inner awareness practice.  Kevin also leads a weekly Qigong Meditation class.
