Lisa has been in the wellness industry for over 20 years, first as a social worker and now as a personal trainer. She believes mental and physical health are complimentary and that by effecting one aspect of health, you effect others. Lisa’s training style incorporate the ideas that exercise should be efficient, effective, safe and fun. Lisa’s clients are a diverse group for whom she creates individualized training programs. Lisa likes to mix compound strength based movements with challenging bursts of cardiovascular exercise. Lisa loves her work and is grateful that she gets to spend her days helping people gain strength and confidence.
